Kia ora, we have been continuing our Summer Learning Journey. For today's activity we learnt a bit more about the country we decided to travel to (not literally). I chose Germany. On the second paragraph I'm talking about why Spain, and seven other countries, should ban Bullfighting.
The capital city of Germany is Berlin, its population is 3.769 million. The weather in Germany during January is usually cloudy, but very cold, this varies on the part of the country. Its max temperature in some places peak at about 3 - 5 degrees celsius. January is also Germany’s ‘darkest’ month. Berlin is located right in the middle of Germany, it is also Germany’s largest city. German is the most common language spoken in Berlin.
I think Bullfighting should be banned because it’s cruel to the Bull. The Bull doesn’t want to fight and is only defending itself. I don’t think it should only be banned in Spain but in all eight countries that do have Bullfighting as a sport. The bull spends its last moments in pain and has no fighting chance really.
