Kia ora, at Paihia School, Mrs Lindsay set up a treasure hunt. The reason we had a treasure hunt was to fundraise for a charity called I am Hope. I am Hope fundraises for people with mental health issues. To participate in the treasure hunt you had to bring in two dollars (We fundraised $402 in total). There were 15 prizes in total. To get a prize we had to find a picture of a gumboot. On the back of the gumboots there we numbers, the number on the gumboot determined what prize you got. The gumboots were hidden really well and I found it very hard but it was enjoyable. Do you like treasure hunts?
